The game offers customization through six selectable categories, allowing players to tailor their experience to their preferences.

By shaking the device, players can randomly select a letter, and all answers must begin with this letter—examples include "Andrew" for a boy's name or "Aardvark" for an animal. To continue with the same categories, players can simply click continue and re-shake for a new letter.

Players compete by submitting answers that are as unique as possible within a limited time. Each round lasts 60 seconds, during which players strive to outscore their opponents by providing the most distinctive responses quickly.

Scoring is based on originality: 10 points for a unique answer, 5 points if both players produce the same answer, and zero points for incorrect or incomplete responses within the time frame.

The game accommodates 1 to 8 players, offering endless possibilities for rounds and fun.
